All you need to know
I am based in Bordeaux, France, and all orders are carefully packaged and shipped from here, in a matter of 2-3 business days.
Delivery times:
Within France: usually 2–4 business days
Within Europe: usually 4–7 business days
Please note that currently I do not ship to the UK or the USA due to recent legal and political changes.
Although Switzerland is part of the Schengen Area, it is not part of the EU customs union. This means that import taxes may apply when ordering from outside your country. These charges are determined solely by your local customs authorities, and I am unfortunately not able to anticipate or cover them.
Your answers for every scenario:
What happens if my ceramics arrive broken or damaged?
Your pieces are packed with the utmost care, but ceramics can be fragile in transit!
If your piece arrives broken, cracked:
Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging. I can send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund, including your original shipping costs.
Can I change my mind and return my ceramics?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day your package was delivered to notify me that you’d like to cancel or return your order.
How to do it: Just send me an email. Once you notify me, you have another 14 days to physically mail the ceramics back to our studio.
Who pays for the return shipping costs?
Unless an item arrived damaged or faulty, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Because ceramics are fragile, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your receipt.
⚠️ Important Packing Note: You are responsible for the items until they safely arrive back at the studio. Please reuse our original packaging (including all bubble wrap and padding) to ensure the ceramics don't break on their journey back. If an item returns to us broken due to poor repackaging, we cannot issue a full refund.
