Buying something from me should feel joyful, not like a decision that leaves you worried or dissatisfied afterwards.  I want you to feel comfortable changing your mind.

Under European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
 

This is what it means:

Simply let me know, your desire to withdraw from the purchase, within the 14-day period.

 

• If your order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund, including the delivery fee you paid.

• If your parcel has already been shipped, please return the order to me. The cost of shipping is your responsibility. Once the returned item(s) arrived, the refund will be processed.

•  If your pieces arrived defective, please contact me, for a refund or appropriate solution.
