This means that if your piece is defective or does not conform to what you purchased,

you are protected by your statutory consumer rights.

If your piece arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect,

or develops a defect that is covered by the legal guarantee, please get in touch with me.

I will work with you to find the appropriate solution in accordance with your legal rights.

This may include a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please note that the legal guarantee does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

You never need to worry about being left alone with a genuine problem.  If something isn’t right with your piece, simply reach out and I will take it from there.
